Amanda is a 2017 San Francisco State University Alumna with a degree in Journalism and American Studies. When she’s not freelance writing about lifestyle, culture, and fashion, Amanda works as a Shopping Editor at BuzzFeed and spends her free time going to concerts and spoiling her cat. She is also a lover of beauty, travel, and anything music-related.

Amanda’s love of writing began in middle school in her native city of Los Angeles. After moving to San Francisco to complete her collegiate career, she discovered it was what she truly wanted to do as a career and has been on that path ever since.
